To enroll in our course, begin by selecting your preferred course and click on 'Add to Cart'. Next, proceed to 'Checkout' and fill in all necessary personal details. Finally, click 'Continue to Payment' to finalize your enrollment. As soon as your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with payment and order details. Within 10-15 minutes, you will also receive access to the enrolled course from our course LMS.

Upon confirmation of the payment, you will receive credentials to access the course material over email.
#3. Are Qatar Skills Certificates HRDC Accredited?
Yes, the courses offered by Qatar Skils are HRDC approved, and you will receive an HRDC accredited certificate.
#4. Is there an exam in the course?
After completing the course, there will be an assessment exam with multiple-choice questions. Candidates will have three attempts and must secure at least 60% marks to get the course certificate.
#5. What is the course duration?
All courses have different durations. Apart from that, the duration also depends on the learner's pace and course content. The duration ranges from 2-3 hours to 5-6 hours.

Qatar Skills provides lifetime access to every course, and you can keep upgrading yourself whenever the course is upgraded. This ensures that you are always updated according to industry standards.

Qatar Skills provides self-paced online e-learning courses.

We are available online on Saturdays, but Sundays are off!

#13. How can we change the name on our certificate?
To change the name on the certificate, please email us your correct name on our contact email id (support@qatarskills.org). Within 24 hours, it will get updated, and the certificate will be emailed to your email ID.
#14. I am not able to make the payment with the card.
In order to make payment successfully, it’s important that international payments are enabled on the card being used. If your payment is failing, please contact your bank and check if international payments are enabled or not. If they are not enabled, they will have to be enabled to make payments for our courses.
#15. Do we have a prerequisite for the course?
No, there are no required prerequisites for the courses on our website. Based on your understanding, you can directly enroll for the courses.
#16. How can we check if the institute is accredited with the HRDC Council?
You can visit the HRDC official website (https://hrdccouncil.org/) and click on "Verify Institute". Enter the registration number of the website, and from there, you can check the validation of the course.
#17. If I fail in the assessment exam, do I have to pay extra fees for the re-exam?
No, the candidate is not required to pay any extra fees for the re-exam.
#18. How to get our certificate verified from Verify Skill?
Once you complete the course, our certification team will share your details with the Verify Skill team. They will verify your certificate within 24 to 48 hours.
#19. How to check if the certificate is verified?
You can go to the website (https://verifyskill.org/) and verify your certificate by entering the certificate number on your certificate.
#20. What is Verify Skill?
It's a value-added service that allows you to get your certificate verified. It helps in verification processes from employers and may also lead to job opportunities from global companies. You can verify your certificate on Verify Skill, and any company can validate it there.
